Pointe Vista is being developed as a premier master planned regional destination resort community with year-round activities that cater to an active lifestyle.

At completion, the project will be a robust tourist attraction with top of the line amenities and plans to feature a destination resort hotel with convention center located within a waterfront town center featuring restaurants, entertainment venues, casino, waterfront housing and a 900-slip marina to be developed in 11 phases over a number of years.

The target market will be regional destination tourists with housing primarily appealing to the second home buyers but with sufficient versatility to be attractive to the primary home buyers.

A secondary target will be to capture the regional destination resort convention business in Oklahoma and north Texas.

Crystal Lagoon

Crystal Lagoons are a manmade body of water ideal for non-motorized water activities using an environmentally sustainable technology with minimal amount of chemicals and energy. This state-of-the-art technology is environmentally friendly and enables the use of any type of water. Some of the advantages of Crystal Lagoons technology are:

  • It uses up to 100 times less chemicals than conventional swimming pool or drinking water treatment technologies.

  • It consumes only 2% of the energy needed by conventional swimming pool filtration systems.

  • It fully complies with the most stringent international physicochemical and mircobiological water quality standards.

  • It enables low water consumption, using up to 30 times less water than a golf course and 50% less water than is required by a park of the same size.
